NIKU and Bergen City Museum invites you to join this conferenceabout the Orpheus myth and its impact on our common European cultural heritage.

The one and a half day conference is open to the public.

This conference is a side event to the exhibition Legends in Gold. Thracian Treasures from Bulgaria, and you will as part of the conference have the opportunity to join a guided tour through the exhibition.

Legends in Gold. Thracian Treasures from Bulgaria is displayed at Bryggens Museum from 2 September until 10 December 2017 – a mythical world of ancient Thracian culture represented by archaeological treasures dating back several thousand years. The exhibition is produced by the Bulgarian National History Museum in co-operation with twelve other museums in Bulgaria. www.legenderigull.no
