Maiken Holthe joined NIKU as an HR Adviser in June 2019. She works, among other things, with management support and guidance on HR-related issues, as well as recruitment and personnel administration.

Maiken has worked in HR and personnel management throughout her career and came to NIKU from a role as HR Manager at Hexagon PPM, and previously from the HR function at Norwegian People’s Aid.
