Eilin has a Master’s in archaeology from NTNU in Trondheim and wrote her dissertation on horses in the city in the medieval period.  har en mastergrad i arkeologi fra 2012, ved NTNU i Trondheim. Oppgaven omhandler hestene i byen.

She has broad experience within field archaeology, such as registration for Akershus County Authority, Stone Age excavations for Tromsø Museum and work with rock art for NTNU.

Eilin has worked on projects relating to most periods, but medieval archaeology is her specialty.
