Ann-Ingeborg has a master’s degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

During her studies she had an internship on the Orkney Islands at Orkney Research Centre for Archaeology (ORCA), and worked part time as a guide for NTNU University Museum in Trondheim.

Ann-Ingeborg started her archaeological field career at NIKU in Trondheim in 2019. She worked at NTNU University Museum and Museum of Archaeology in Stavanger as a field archaeologist. Ann-Ingeborg has worked with different archaeological periods from the bronze age to the medieval period, but mostly on iron age projects.

She has a special interest for cremation burial customs.

At the moment Ann-Ingeborg is working as a field archaeologist at tje “Middelalderparken” – project in Oslo’s old town.
